While working on her Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Bianca worked a rotation in Cottonwood, AZ. While in AZ, she bumped into Andrew as they lived in the same apartment complex. They became fast friends. After her rotation, she moved back to CT to study for her board exams. Over those three months of living back in CT, distance made their hearts grow fonder. They checked in every day with one another and they quickly felt that there might be something more to this relationship than just being friends.
After passing her boards, Bianca received a job opportunity back in AZ and in the same place that Andrew happened to be (coincidence? he doesn't think so :) ) After her return to AZ, they quickly fell in love and became engaged over the following year.
In May of this past year, they decided to begin their new life together in CT. They moved across country, started new jobs and continued to plan their gorgeous wedding. I had taken their engagement portraits (here) at Page Springs Winery in AZ and was flattered when they asked me to document their amazing day in Connecticut. In fact, almost every single vendor had some sort of personal friendship with the bride and groom and it was truly an honor to work among them. Although the rain came and changed their plans a bit, it did not damper the day in any way, shape or form. The wedding was fantastic and they were surrounded by such loving and caring family and friends, it truly made this a wedding that I will never forget.
Congratulations to these two and I can't thank you enough for including me in your amazing day. Here's to a lifetime of happiness!
